Crazy Namer Help: Word Manipulation
After generating a word with one of the
word generation commands,
it is now time to apply some manipulations to it.
The
remove command will remove letters from the previously generated word.
The general syntax is:
remove where what
You may also use
omit instead of
remove.
The
replace command works similarly to the remove command, only it will
replace the letter with another letter of the same type (vowels will
be replaced with a vowel, consonants with a consonant).
The general syntax is:
replace where what
Where may be:
- all - will remove/replace all letters.
- one, any, random - will remove/replace a random letter.
- first, last, second, third... - will remove/replace a specific letter.
- a number (or a word representing a number, like five) - will remove/replace that many letters.
- first or last followed by a number or a word representing a number - will remove/replace a specific letter.
What may be:
- letter or letters.
- vowel or vowels.
- consonant or consonants.
You may also manipulate syllables in a similar manner, but since the syntax is a little different
it is covered in the next section.

The
change command will change specific letters in the word to other letters of your choice.
The general syntax is:
change letters to letters

The
remove command will remove syllables from the previously generated word.
The general syntax is:
remove where syllable
You may also use
omit instead of
remove.
The
keep command works similarly to the remove command, only it will
keep the selected syllable instead of removing it.
The general syntax is:
keep where syllable
You may also use the short form
syll.
Where may be
first,
last,
second,
third and so on.

combine
Duplicate letters in a word.
The general syntax is:
clone where what
Where may be:
- one, any, random, some - will clone a single random letter.
- first, last, second, third... - will clone a specific letter.
What may be:
- letter or letters.
- vowel or vowels.
- consonant or consonants.

The
shuffle command will mix all letters in a word.
The resulting word will have consonants and vowels in the same places as the original word.
The general syntax is:
shuffle
or
shuffle completely
You may also use
mix instead of
shuffle.
The
shuffle completely command will mix all letters in a word,
ignoring consonant and vowel locations.

Reverse the order of the letters in a word.
The general syntax is:

Keep a portion of a word.
The general syntax is:
slice number
Number may be:
- Positive (3) - will take a portion from the beginning of the string.
- Negative (-3) - will take a portion from the end of the string.
- Range (2-5) - will take a portion from the middle of the string.

Combine all previously generated words.
The general syntax is:
